Policy Development

Create and revise disaster recovery policies and protocols.
Develop guidelines for emergency response and recovery operations.

Grant Management

- Identify funding opportunities (e.g., federal, state, private grants).

Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and hazards.
Develop mitigation strategies and plans to reduce risks.

Environmental Impact Assessment

Evaluate the environmental impacts of recovery projects and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Develop strategies for sustainable recovery practices.
